- No Refunds or Exchanges (General Policy) Once a purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued, TicketCel does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances. - Exceptions to the No Refund Policy Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Event Cancellation If an event is cancelled by the event producer or organizer, TicketCel will offer a full refund to the original purchaser of the ticket. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

- Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after the cancellation notification.

However, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your payment method, depending on the financial institution or payment processor used.
- Non-Refundable Fees Please be aware that certain fees, such as transaction fees, service fees, or handling fees, may be non-refundable in some cases, even if a refund is granted.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets TicketCel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Customers should take precautions to ensure their tickets are kept in a safe place. In cases where tickets are lost or damaged, the customer may contact our support team for assistance, but no refunds will be provided for lost or stolen tickets.
- Final Decision TicketCel reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy. All decisions made by TicketCel regarding refunds are final.
